AdPilot ("the Company") values users' personal information and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)
The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service.

Article 3 (Retention Period)
Personal information is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal in principle, but the following items are retained for the periods below where required by law.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases.
- Where the user has given prior consent
- Where required by law, or requested by an investigative agency under procedures prescribed by law for investigation purposes
The Company outsources the following tasks to operate the Service; server and database infrastructure is operated and managed directly by the Company (no external hosting processor).

Article 5 (User Rights)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time.

Article 6 (Account Deletion and Data Erasure)
① Members may withdraw directly from their account settings within the Service, and personal information is destroyed immediately upon withdrawal.
② However, information that must be retained for a certain period under applicable law is kept separately for the period specified in Article 3.
③ Ad account connection information (OAuth tokens) is deleted immediately upon withdrawal.
Article 7 (Security Measures)

- Encryption of data in transit via HTTPS/TLS
- Minimized access privileges to personal information and access log management
Article 8 (Handling of Connected Ad Platform Data)
When a user connects an advertising account, AdPilot accesses the user's ad account data (campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword structure and performance metrics) through each advertising platform's API (Google Ads, Meta, Kakao Moment, and Naver Search Ads). This data is used solely to provide the advertising performance analysis and optimization features the user requests within the service; it is never sold or transferred to third parties for advertising, nor used to serve advertisements to the user. Authentication tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and all transmission is protected with TLS. Users may disconnect at any time from the in-app connection settings or revoke access from each platform's account security settings (e.g., the Google account page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions); stored tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.
Specifically for Google user data, AdPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Article 9 (Use of Cookies)
The Company uses cookies to improve the Service and authenticate users. Users may refuse to store cookies via their browser settings, but this may limit the use of some Service features.
