Effective: Aug 28, 2026 | Last updated: Jul 29, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the ad analytics SaaS service provided by AdPilot (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between users and the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all services provided by AdPilot, including ad data analytics, optimization, and lead management.

- "Member" means a person who has registered for the Service and been assigned an ID (email address).
- "Content" means ad data, projects, and results that a user registers or stores in the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
① These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law where there is a reasonable cause, and will announce amended Terms 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
③ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Use of the Service)
① The Service is available for use after member registration.
② Users must comply with these Terms and applicable law, and must not use the Service for illegal advertising, false information, or unauthorized collection of others' personal information.
③ The Company may temporarily suspend or change all or part of the Service where necessary for operating the Service.
Article 5 (Member Account and Security)
① Members are responsible for managing their own email and password.
② Members may not transfer, share, or lend their account to a third party.
③ Members must immediately notify the Company upon becoming aware of account theft or a security breach, and the Company is not liable for damages incurred before such notification.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts.
- Stealing another person's information or registering with false information
- Using the Service to send illegal advertisements or spam

Article 7 (Service Fees and Payment)
① Service fees follow what is specified on the pricing page within the Service.
② Payments for paid services are processed through a payment provider (PortOne) and are billed on a prepayment basis in principle.
③ Fees may change after prior notice.
④ Paid services are provided in one-month terms starting from the payment date. If a member cancels a subscription, the Service remains available until the end of the term already paid for; at the end of that term the account switches to the Free plan and no further charges are made. No refund is given for the remaining portion of a term when a subscription is cancelled mid-term.
⑤ Under Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the right of withdrawal is limited once use of paid features has begun. Withdrawal and a full refund are available where the request is made within 7 days of payment and no paid feature has been used at all.
⑥ Where the Service could not be used normally due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company may refund an amount corresponding to that period or extend the term accordingly.

③ The Company is not liable for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Article 9 (Termination and Withdrawal)
① Members may request withdrawal at any time from account settings within the Service, and the Company will process it immediately.
② Upon withdrawal, a member's data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
③ If a user violates these Terms, the Company may terminate the account after prior notice.
④ Subscription cancellation can be requested from the pricing screen within the Service and takes effect at the end of the current term under Article 7(4). Withdrawal (paragraph 1) is a separate procedure that deletes the account and its data.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising from use of the Service.
